This article from Children’s Health Defense brings up some statistics regarding fewer children dying in the past few months, that happens to be coinciding with fewer children getting vaccines because of the lockdowns in which parents haven’t been taking the kids to the doctors for exams (and shots). Like there’s a correlation? No surprise there.
It appears that governors and mayors have been imposing orders to wear face masks or face coverings of some kind. Well, those governors and mayors are either ignorant morons and/or they intentionally want to harm the people and their health. (Have I mentioned here that politicians are not exactly my favorite breed of human being?)
My first response is, we haven’t been requiring face masks for the seasonal flu each season, so why this now? Oh, people are “carriers,” and “others need to be protected from the ‘carriers’,” some say.
But the flu is deadly, it’s contagious, and shouldn’t we be protecting Grandma from the flu as well? No, we haven’t been hysterical and panicking every flu season.
And there is a question regarding the health and safety of wearing a mask, especially for long periods.
One problem is that wearing the masks can cause people to have to adjust them, or lower them and put them back up which causes them to possibly touch the inside of the mask or touch their faces, which has obvious risks.
But this article by retired neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock, MD does give some more important information on the masks. It notes that the masks can cause someone to breathe in more carbon dioxide and not enough oxygen.
While most agree that the N95 mask can cause significant hypoxia and hypercapnia, another study of surgical masks found significant reductions in blood oxygen as well. In this study, researchers examined the blood oxygen levels in 53 surgeons using an oximeter. They measured blood oxygenation before surgery as well as at the end of surgeries.4 The researchers found that the mask reduced the blood oxygen levels (pa02) significantly. The longer the duration of wearing the mask, the greater the fall in blood oxygen levels.
And then there is this:
There is another danger to wearing these masks on a daily basis, especially if worn for several hours. When a person is infected with a respiratory virus, they will expel some of the virus with each breath. If they are wearing a mask, especially an N95 mask or other tightly fitting mask, they will be constantly rebreathing the viruses, raising the concentration of the virus in the lungs and the nasal passages. We know that people who have the worst reactions to the coronavirus have the highest concentrations of the virus early on. And this leads to the deadly cytokine storm in a selected number.
It gets even more frightening. Newer evidence suggests that in some cases the virus can enter the brain.11,12 In most instances it enters the brain by way of the olfactory nerves (smell nerves), which connect directly with the area of the brain dealing with recent memory and memory consolidation. By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain.13
So in my opinion, it’s one thing when government health bureaucrats or governors advise that we wear a mask, and let us determine for ourselves whether or not to do that based on making an informed decision. But it’s another thing when those bureaucrats ORDER us to do that with the threat of a fine, especially if doing so may itself pose a health risk!
In my state, the governor has ordered us to wear the face mask. So I’m wearing it and leaving it down like on my chin but putting it up when someone is walking by or when I go into the store, etc. If the governor doesn’t like my having it down such as when I’m walking along the sidewalk where no one else is around, then he knows what he can do.
And one more thing here. This thing with having to get your temperature taken. I saw a news video that included someone taking people’s temperatures, and it looked like the person was touching someone’s forehead with the thermometer and then going right to the next person. So, what if someone touched a doorknob, for example, and then touched his forehead, and the thermometer touches that forehead and then touches someone else’s forehead — could that possibly be spreading the virus? Hmm.
And, police using drones to check people’s temperatures? Ack.
Some interesting articles from Mercola. First, there will be a referendum in Maine on March 3rd for the people of Maine to overturn a new law that mandates vaccines to be forced on people involuntarily, by revoking religious and philosophical or personal belief exemptions. Too bad the people have to go to the ballot box to protect their natural right to not be assaulted and to protect their right of freedom of thought and conscience and to protect their right to decide for themselves what medical procedures, drugs or other acts of alleged prevention to voluntarily have.
Good ol’ fascism, and based on ignorance and hysteria, no less. In Seattle, by the way, the “officials” have mandated that school kids must get vaccinated or else don’t come back to school. Really? Hmm. Remind me not to relocate to Seattle any time soon. (Have you heard of “unschooling“? They could use that up there.)
Frankly, there’s too much of a dangerous government-pharmaceutical-media complex, and a lot of misinformation is out there based on myths and hysteria. I’ve posted enough on this blog regarding the vaccine issue (just click on the “vaccine” tag or category at the bottom of this post to read my previous posts on vaccines), and I’m starting to get sick of this.
Incidentally, Jon Rappoport has a new post on vaccines, with some important insight and brilliant analysis as usual. And in another recent post, he discusses the brainwashing of the “medical cartel,” as well as of the media who don’t want to report on disclosures that had been leaked from insiders.
I especially liked Rappoport stating, “And remember this: no amount of vaccines is going to solve tremendously sub-standard childhood nutrition.” And, “There is no substitute for natural immunity derived from good nutrition.” You betcha.
The other article on Mercola is regarding people being too clean, with personal care products and household cleaning products that are disinfecting away our normal “good” bacteria. Perhaps one reason why so many children are getting sick isn’t because they aren’t getting vaccines, or are over-vaccinated, but because they are too clean. (And perhaps that’s a reason why ultra-clean-freak Felix Unger seemed to be so sick!)
The timing of this article is interesting, because I have recently been going through a process of changing some of my own cleaning habits, mainly in the soaps category. I had been using Dial soap that has the controversial anti-bacterial ingredient(s) and I have switched to Ivory for now. I had also been using Aveeno moisturizing bar but they recently changed their ingredients for the worse, so I have bought a Trader Joe”s oatmeal-based soap but haven’t used it yet. It gets good reviews online.
Bottom line from the Mercola article: washing is a good idea obviously, but don’t overwash so you can prevent possibly causing a bacterial “resistance.” The article notes that “germ vigilance is required. Cuts, for example, need to be properly cleaned, and disinfecting food preparation areas is a good idea. Medical facilities also need to be vigilant about cleanliness and disinfection. In our day-to-day lives, however, we should not go overboard.”
Another young couple’s relationship has ended in a suicide, and the surviving one has been charged with involuntary manslaughter for urging her boyfriend to kill himself. The two were Boston College students, and the boyfriend, Alexander Urtula, committed suicide just hours before he was to attend graduation ceremonies at his college.
Allegedly, police found tens of thousands of texts on his phone in which the girlfriend, Inyoung You, was urging him to kill himself. She was even there at the top of the parking garage with him when he jumped off to his death, allegedly. The boyfriend had a history of mental illness, depression, etc. and she allegedly exploited that for her own power trip.
In my opinion, urging someone to do something, no matter how strongly one does so, is not a crime, and she should not be charged. Many people are influenced by many things toward their deciding to do something. But in the end, the individual is responsible for his own decisions and actions and his acting something out by his own free will.
Apparently, the couple’s parents were aware of their abusive relationship, but the parents did nothing. Should those parents also be charged with aiding and abetting a suicide for their not taking preventive action? If you’re going to charge a girlfriend for involuntary manslaughter for being mean and urging her boyfriend to commit suicide, then to be consistent you should charge those close to them who were aware of that abuse but did nothing. So in my opinion, that kind of charge is absurd.
But that is not the point of this post. I would really like to know if the young Alexander Urtula had been taking those prescription anti-depressant drugs or anti-anxiety drugs.
Those drugs, such as Xanax, Zoloft, Luvox, Prozac, valium, etc., have been shown to exacerbate depression and cause suicidal thoughts and behaviors. It is well documented now.
Dr. Peter Breggin has written and spoken extensively on that subject. See his antidepressant drug resource and information page for information.
Dr. Breggin describes exactly how antidepressants can cause further depression or suicidal thoughts and behaviors. For instance: “Antidepressants are neurotoxic, that is, they harm the brain and disrupt its functions. As a result, they cause innumerable kinds of abnormal thinking and behaviors, including mania, suicide and violence. In the process, they cause detectable damage to the brain of the child or adult, and also to the fetus of pregnant mothers who take the drug (See Scientific Section 9).”
This particular case of the two college students is very similar to the Michelle Carter case. In that case, Michelle Carter was a high school student who in 2014 had urged her boyfriend Conrad Roy to commit suicide. Their relationship was a dysfunctional one, apparently. Well, he did commit suicide, Michelle was charged with involuntary manslaughter and then convicted of that, based on her words and nothing else.
The two teens had only been together physically very minimally for a year, but most of their contact had been through texting. Tens of thousands of texts, just like in the current case of the Boston College youths.
Carter was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, and the Massachusetts state Supreme Court upheld the conviction. Apparently, the Justices do not believe in freedom of speech or that individuals are responsible for their own actions. She is appealing the conviction now to the U.S. Supreme Court. But, given the ignorant clowns we have there now, I am not holding my breath.
So the new case of the two Boston College students, Inyoung You and Alexander Urtula, in which Ms. You urged Mr. Urtula to commit suicide, and he did, is a similar case. But I am wondering if those two, like Michelle Carter and Conrad Roy, had been taking those psychiatric drugs, particularly Urtula. And if so, was it the effects of the drugs that had made his depression worse and caused him to have suicidal thoughts?
Dr. Breggin has written quite a bit about the Michelle Carter case, and he was an expert witness at her trial regarding her having been taking antidepressants.
In this article, Dr. Breggin notes that both Carter and her boyfriend Conrad Roy had been taking antidepressants for years. In this other article he shows how her taking Prozac at such a young age ultimately worsened Michelle’s eating disorder and depression. Dr. Breggin notes that children should not be given antidepressants at all.
In fact, I think that antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs are so over-prescribed that many doctors are giving them to patients who are not suffering from chronic, clinical depression but who are just feeling unhappy or depressed at certain times, and it’s the drugs themselves that actually cause a more severe case of depression and even suicidal thoughts! The primary doctors as well as the crazy psychiatrists! Honestly, I think the psychiatrists are addicted to giving out those terrible drugs.
Now, as Jon Rappoport noted in his newly revived blog regarding the harm that psychiatric drugs cause, for those who are taking a psychiatric drug and want to stop, don’t do it suddenly. It must be done gradually and under a knowledgeable practitioner’s supervision. Dr. Breggin has addressed the problems involving psychiatric drug withdrawal.
And I very much recommend that particular post by Jon Rappoport, who describes the history of and relationship between psychiatric drugs and violence, particularly the school shootings in the past two decades.
Many school shootings involved shooters who had been taking antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs. This article by Sam Jacobs lists some of the many examples of school shootings and workplace violence in which the violent ones were taking psychiatric drugs.
Dr. Breggin has an excellent article asserting that more psychiatry means more shootings. Quite an assertion. But he gives a lot of details to back that up.
And I still believe that the individual is responsible for his own actions, drugs or not. We can’t blame the drug if its user kills someone. BUT, the drugs are contributors to screwing people up, in my opinion.
Dr. Breggin writes: “Not only do psychiatric drugs add to the risk of violence, but psychiatric treatment lulls the various authorities and the family into believing that the patient is now “under control” and “less of a risk.” Even the patient may think the drugs are helping, and continue to take them right up to the moment of violence.”
Again, as Dr. Breggin has shown, those psychiatric drugs can worsen someone’s depression and cause suicidal thoughts and behaviors, as well as violence. And we know that Michelle Carter and her deceased boyfriend were taking psychiatric drugs, so I want to know if this latest couple, Inyoung You and Alexander Urtula, had been taking any psychiatric drugs. Will investigators allow that information to be made public, if it is the case?
And finally, given the epidemic of police suicides in New York City, had any of those officers been taking antidepressants or other psychiatric drugs? That article states that some of them are being “treated” for PTSD. We know what that means.
Furthermore, we know that there is a high number of military veteran suicides and active duty military suicides. The military “doctors” giving the soldiers and vets psychiatric drugs has also been well documented. I’m sure the pharmaceutical companies are benefiting from all this as well.
For some reason, the news media are covering the opioid addiction crisis, and government officials such as state attorneys general are suing pharmaceutical companies. But when it comes to the vaccine issue and the problem of vaccine injuries, the situation is in the reverse. People who are complaining about vaccine injuries are dismissed by the “authorities” and there is heavy criticism thrown against those who choose not to vaccinate. Why is this?
On the opioid issue, in my opinion the biggest problem is the damn doctors who are prescribing those pain killers to people who don’t really need them, and getting them addicted. We need to publicly name and shame those doctors. And that is what I think about that.
But the opioid issue is not why I’m writing this post. It’s the vaccine issue. I have written here about the vaccine issue and posted several links to articles on the issue. My main concern is the government making vaccines mandatory, whether for kids or for adults.
Sorry, in a free society people have a right to not have their bodies subjected to forcible intrusion of any kind. Right?
The problem is that, because of the power that the pharmaceutical industry has especially in its collusions with government bureaucracies, many people are more influenced by propaganda and fear-mongering than by rational discussions of the issues.
Vaccine skeptics are now labeled “anti-vaxxers,” and “dangerous,” although many of those people are really ex-vaxxers, they are mothers of vaccine-injured kids. For example, the heroic mothers who were engaged in protests in California to try to derail the bill that Gov. Gavin Newsom signed into law to mandate vaccines and/or remove exemptions.
Another problem is, regarding how influenced people can be by mass media, many news media outlets have pharmaceutical companies as their important sponsors. So, news editors, producers and reporters don’t want to “rock the boat” when it comes to the vaccine issue. And also a lot of people don’t read, so they are not exposed to non-Establishment medical information, such as the rates of vaccine injuries, the fact that injuries are way under-reported, the connections between Big Pharma execs and FDA bureaucrats, and so on.
Regarding the California mandate issue, in her comments on the mothers who were demonstrating, chanting and disrupting legislative sessions, Bretigne Shaffer writes:
More fundamentally though, these laws represent a violation of some of our basic rights: The right to bodily autonomy for ourselves and for our children, and the right to associate freely with others (in this case, schools) without interference from the state. In essence, the State of California is holding hostage our children’s ability to attend school (public or private), unless we subject them to medical procedures we may not approve of.
So what do we do when we are faced with illegitimate laws that violate our rights?
Those mothers had the right idea when they shut down the California Senate last Monday: Disrupt the activities of those who would trample our rights, and make it impossible for them to do their jobs.
I thoroughly agree with this view of non-violent civil disobedience. When the people’s rights are being trampled by the rulers, they are right to have the courage to exercise their First Amendment right to protest, and even engage in civil disobedience if necessary.
Dr. Mercola also has a recent article on vaccine injuries and mandates, doctors withholding the information on the risks of vaccines, and the bureaucrats who are now taking over medical decisions in California. This vaccine fascism (call it what it is, quite frankly) is also going on in New York and other states, by the way.
Dr. Mercola points out some facts that we don’t or rarely hear in the mainstream news:
Another example is “Deaths Reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, United States, 1997-2013, published in 2015. In this report, it’s stated that of the 1,469 child death reports, 79.4% had received one or more vaccines on the same day they died.
The most common cause of death, based on autopsy records, was sudden infant death syndrome, accounting for 44% of cases, followed by asphyxia (6%), septicemia (4.9%) and pneumonia (4.6%). In adults, the vaccine associated with the greatest number of deaths was inactivated influenza vaccine, which featured in 51.4% of adult deaths reported to VAERS.
Despite these shocking findings, the report concludes that “No concerning pattern was noted among death reports submitted to VAERS during 1997-2013.” How can the fact that 79.4% of infant deaths occur on the same day that they’re vaccinated be a pattern of no concern?
Unfortunately, it seems that most people aren’t getting any of this kind of information. Information is necessary to make a decision, and that is why people have a right to consent or not consent to any kind of intrusion or medical treatment.
In a free society, nothing should be involuntary as ordered by the government! Don’t you think so?
In California, a government bureaucrat will be the final authority on medical exemptions for vaccines, not actual medical doctors. And this is very dangerous. It’s bad enough that we have doctors who are in bed with pharmaceutical companies and there may be a quid pro quo going on with the vaccines and other drugs being given out by doctors like candy. But when a bureaucrat is in charge, in my opinion it is reminding me of the awful things I have heard about in medicine in the Soviet Union.
And also, now that Gov. Newsom has signed the bill into law, I hope that medical freedom activists will monitor which bureaucrats have that actual authority, and whether those bureaucrats have any ties with pharmaceutical companies.
And finally, a great article by Dr. Meryl Nass, MD posted on Health Impact News, with a lot of information for those who want more information on the vaccine issue. Apparently, Canada is catching up with the U.S. and the crony welfare queens of Big Pharma are getting rich based on mass ignorance, hysteria and propaganda.
I will just quote from the first several paragraphs here:
I am a veteran of the vaccine war in the US, and today I feel compelled to speak about what I saw in that war.
Legislators were forced to change their votes to revoke vaccine exemptions and rescind the historic right to consent to medical procedures.
The vaccine war is a dirty war, in which platitudes about protecting the most vulnerable are invoked by the same pharmaceutical companies that paid $2.7 billion in criminal penalties in the US between 2012 and 2015.
The vaccine industry generates enormous profits (estimated 10-40%), benefits from a government-guaranteed market, and receives almost total liability protection.
No other industry can rival these benefits. And this industry’s rapacious desire to grow and guarantee its Canadian market is the reason we are here today.
Let me add context to this discussion by noting that in 2014, the NY Times said it cost $2200 to fully vaccinate one child.
At that price, it cost $163 billion dollars to fully vaccinate every US child.
May I apologize at the outset for using mostly US data? I provide Canadian and New Brunswick information when available.
Pharma’s Pilgrimage to New Brunswick
Since March 2019, representatives of the three largest vaccine manufacturers in North America: GSK, Merck and Sanofi, have made their way to New Brunswick to meet with ministers, public servants and lawmakers.
This is not coincidental. Pharmaceutical companies are colluding to expand on legislative victories gained in the US.
Using a media storm over measles, censorship of numerous vaccine-related websites, new support for mandates from professional organizations that have benefitted from industry largesse, and deals with Democratic party leaders, the right to religious and philosophic vaccine exemptions has been voted away by legislatures in California, New York and Maine.
This was not an idle pilgrimage to one of Canada’s smallest provinces. For Pharma it is the gateway to all of Canada.
The vaccine industry in 2019 is at a crossroads.
On the one hand, the vaccine business is booming. Several vaccines have been newly licensed, a robust industry-FDA revolving door has been established, and the children of North America are receiving more vaccines than ever before.
Merck, for example, reported increased sales in the second quarter of 2019 for Gardasil HPV vaccine of 46% (to over $3 billion US annually) compared to last year, and increased sales of 58% for its MMRV (measles, mumps, rubella and varicella) vaccine.
These are Merck’s 3d and 4th biggest sellers. This year’s US measles outbreak (about 1200 cases) and media-driven fears of contagion contributed to vaccine uptake.
On the other hand, the industry does not want to shoulder the considerable expense of developing, testing and licensing new vaccines–over 100 of which are in development–without a government guarantee that they will be purchased.
Vaccine mandates guarantee a vaccine market, now and in the future. Mandates put in place today will enforce the uptake of vaccines on the currently required list, plus other vaccines yet to be added.
I very much recommend that article. It goes on to give a lot of important information that most people will find very useful. I say “most” because obviously the cronies of Big Pharma will not find it in their own interest. That is why there is so much censorship going on now in social media, Amazon deleting books with critical vaccine information (that Amazon ignorantly or dishonestly calls “misinformation”) and so on. I really hope that pattern reverses itself.
A recent article by Bretigne Shaffer on the vaccine controversy refers to how some Internet sites are now censoring or taking down older articles that challenge the vaccine narrative. Influential Internet websites such as Huffington Post are censoring valid studies in order to make people less informed. Why would they do this?
In my opinion, in most cases those websites are being run by easily manipulated social activists, and, in the case of the vaccine issue they are acting as useful idiots for the sake of Pig Pharma profits. That’s basically it. I know, “useful idiot” is a bit harsh, and it certainly doesn’t apply in all cases.
But Merck, Glaxo and Pfizer really are making big bucks. And I don’t know why. How can these big corporations have such a huge influence on people? Just effective propaganda?
And Bretigne Shaffer also explains how the science on vaccines is not at all “settled.” So that’s a very good article to check out.
Another recent article, by Alison Fujito at the Children’s Health Defense website, is an open letter to New Yorker writer Nick Paumgarten, who wrote an apparently unprofessional and ignorant article on the measles.
Among other things, Fujito writes:
Some of us are not even opposed to vaccines, only to compulsory vaccination. Others have, understandably, lost trust in the entire medical system. We are, however, united in our opposition to fraudulent product licensure, fraudulent product marketing, and corruption of government entities meant to oversee industry, but staffed by it instead.
People seem to have no trouble understanding the fraud and corruption that led to the opioid debacle. And the Vioxx debacle. And the DES, thalidomide, and countless other debacles caused by pharmaceutical dishonesty. There is clear evidence of fraud and corruption involving many vaccines. Why is that so hard to accept?
Note that Merck has been in federal court since 2010 on fraud charges brought by their own virologists, who disclosed that they were actually forced to falsify efficacy data for the MMR vaccine.
This is especially significant because Merck, like other vaccine manufacturers, is already exempt from the gold standard requirement of randomized, double-blind, inert-placebo-controlled safety trials on vaccines because they are classified as “biologics” rather than “drugs.” Yet, astoundingly, in the US, they cannot be sued for adverse reactions, not even if they are proven negligent.
Inadequate safety testing for a mandated medical intervention, yet full protection from liability — this is a recipe for disaster.
There are a lot of very good points in that article as well, for those who believe in honest medical care, and who believe in medical freedom, that is, the freedom to choose what substances to put into one’s own body or one’s child’s body, and the freedom to not have a substance invasively and forcibly injected into us, involuntarily.
Sadly, our society has become one of passive, unchallenging acceptance of what establishment medicine has to tell us (or force on us). It is a society of Doctor Worship, I think. But it has been my own personal experience that many doctors just like to hand out drugs like candy as though they are the magical cure or THE only way of prevention. I think it’s the same thing with the vaccines. Much of the establishment vaccine narrative is based on superstition, in my opinion.
Some of my recent posts have been regarding the censorship of health information, especially “alternative” health information that challenges the status quo, censorship by Google and social media platforms. Well now there is an article by Arjun Walia of Collective Evolution on how a British bioinorganic chemistry scientist, Dr. Christopher Exley, has shown how aluminum as adjuvants being injected into people via vaccines remain and accumulate in the body and in the brain.
In the article it is pointed out that Dr. Exley has shown a linkage between the vaccine adjuvant aluminum and neurological disorders including autism. I know, the linkage between vaccines and autism has been “debunked.” But it really hasn’t been “debunked.” And not surprisingly, according to the article, Dr. Exley’s crowd funding to study aluminum in vaccines was shut down by GoFundMe.
Sadly, propaganda from the pharmaceutical industry has really influenced the masses to not let their faith in the “miracle” vaccines be shaken by scientific studies. We must not even question the possibility that chemicals injected with vaccines might damage our brains. (Merck might lose profits, heaven forbid.)
The Jeffrey Epstein sex-trafficking and abuse scandal is once again reminding us of the sick pervs in society who exploit and abuse children and teens to serve the sickos’ narcissistic depravity.
And it’s not just teenage girls that Epstein and many others have been exploiting and abusing. Not just teenagers but younger kids. On a regular basis we are hearing about Catholic priests’ sexual abuse of children, and mainly boys. The lawsuits are still going on all over the country. And in the Boy Scouts, too!
I can’t believe the number of people who apparently can’t control themselves, either their sexual urges or their desire to treat a much weaker, more vulnerable and defenseless person in such invasive and abusive ways.
Is this child sexual abuse happening only in America? Nope. In Saudi Arabia and other countries grown men are allowed to have teenage girls or younger than teenagers, in sexual ways, and use as sex slaves. In fact, in Saudi Arabia, Iran and India, the officials arrest and jail the victim of rape if she dares to speak up and publicly accuse her assailant.
And apparently, child sex trafficking has been rampant in the foster care industry, as detailed in this article by Brian Shilhavy of Health Impact News. Shilhavy provides this quote from Geoff Rogers, co-founder of the United States Institute Against Human Trafficking: “The United States is the No. 1 consumer of sex worldwide. … So there are tremendous numbers of kids, a multitude of kids that are being sold as sex slaves today in America. These are American kids, American-born, 50 percent to 60 percent of them coming out of the foster care industry.”
And the article links to several recent local news stories in which foster kids all over the country are being used as sex slaves, raped and abused.
Meanwhile, Health Impact News also has an article today on how local courts and CPS are taking children away from their parents and placing them into abusive or neglectful foster homes. The parents are accused of “medical abuse” because the parents actually know better than the “doctors” about what’s best for their child who has a specific issue that the parents are more familiar with.
In the example given, the mother is the one who is the victim of abuse by the courts and CPS and by an evil bureaucrat judge. The foster care people are the ones who are neglectful of the child’s specific digestive and absorption issues because they refuse to take the condition seriously and continue to give him a diet of foods in which his nutrients are not being absorbed, resulting in weight loss and other issues. So, the criminal abusers are the courts, CPS and foster care people, not the mother, especially in this case.
And that kind of situation is happening all the time, all across America. I think that CPS or otherwise similar government agencies in other countries such as England are even worse than in the U.S., especially when it comes to the enforcement of political correctness.
The true history of government is mainly one of abuse and criminality and not “protection.” So we should not be surprised that government “child protective services” and government-controlled foster care bureaucracies are causing so many children to be victims of sexual abuse and exploitation.
An article on Natural Blaze tells us that prescriptions of antipsychotic drugs for young people are being given more to pre-schoolers than other ages! I can’t believe that actual medical doctors are giving those kinds of powerful drugs to little kids. The kids are in their earliest stages of growth and development, especially their precious brains.
I think that any “doctors” who are giving those kinds of drugs to kids should be charged with child abuse, or “medical child abuse.” They are disrupting the kids’ growth to such an extent that it will negatively affect their lives probably for the remainder of their lives, in my opinion.
Barbara Loe Fisher of the National Vaccine Information Center defends our freedom to dissent and writes about the new blacklist in America. She gives many footnoted references regarding how the right of the individual to one’s bodily integrity has been attacked by the new ruling class, and “extraordinary efforts by industry, medical trade and government to delegitimize free speech about vaccination unless it conforms with government policy has given a green light to corporate-owned mainline media outlets to use name calling and other yellow journalism techniques to legitimize the stripping of civil liberties from public health laws…”
She also provides a good comparison of what’s been happening now to the McCarthy hearings of the 1950s. But instead of someone “now or have ever been a communist,” it’s in reference to being “anti-vax,” even though many of the skeptics are not anti-vaccine per se, but are merely advocates of choice, the right to choose not to possibly be poisoned especially if one is already healthy.
If someone doesn’t want to take an unnecessary risk, then you leave him alone. That’s the American way of freedom. Healthy people who do not have a particular disease are not a danger to you.
There was a lengthy post by a psychiatrist, Scott Alexander, about this year’s meeting of the American Psychiatric Association (APA).
The post on the APA meeting included photos of the meeting premises and all the ads for psychiatric drugs by the damn pharmaceutical companies! I wanted to barf when I saw those photos. The ads are spread out on the escalators and staircases, benches as well as posters. Ads especially for anti-psychotic drugs. Egads, are there that many psychotic people around who really need that stuff?
Supposedly, 40 million Americans are taking psychiatric drugs. Oh, is that why Nancy Pelosi and Donald Trump are acting that way? Is it the drug itself or the side effects?
No, I’m just kidding. But is this why the college students are so frightened by everything? The “snowflakes”? There are anti-psychotics, anti-anxiety drugs, anti-depressants, as well as all the drugs for ADHD and so forth, Adderall and Ritalin.
The psychiatrist who wrote the post on the APA meeting, writes,
There’s a popular narrative that drug companies have stolen the soul of psychiatry. That they’ve reduced everything to chemical imbalances. The people who talk about this usually go on to argue that the true causes of mental illness are capitalism and racism. Have doctors forgotten that the real solution isn’t a pill, but structural change that challenges the systems of exploitation and domination that create suffering in the first place?
“The true causes of mental illness are capitalism and racism”? Capitalism causes mental illness? (Well, I wonder how much this doctor charges his patients?! Is that the capitalism he refers to?)
Now, during the 1980s I was in therapy, during and after college. And I also took several psychology courses in college. That was always something of interest to me. And I was in group therapy for several years as well. Don’t know if any of that therapy or group therapy helped, as far as anxiety and insecurity, etc. But I know from my own upbringing and from what I heard about from those fellow group therapy members, that our early family relationships and interactions had a big influence on things. But today’s psychiatrists and psychologists don’t seem to want to look at those aspects of the origins of anxiety or depression. It’s easier to give someone a drug, like a band-aid. Or repeat these more recent mantras of “racism” and “domination,” and … “capitalism”?
On the origins of anxiety, depression, or dysfunctional behaviors and interactions (I don’t like the phrase “mental illness,” because that’s more of a label or a stigma), I have found the works of Alice Miller, Heinz Kohut, D.W. Winnicott, Margaret Mahler, and Carl Whitaker enlightening and helpful.
Besides the over-dependence on the psychiatric drugs now by psychiatrists (many of whom are being paid by the pharmaceutical companies to promote that crap, by the way), I can see just how off-the-deep-end the whole industry has gone, as it too has been overly-infiltrated by the social justice warrior stuff.
In the post about the APA meeting, the writer describes how “woke” everyone is, and lists the various presentations about racism, gender bias, “Women’s Health In The US: Disruption And Exclusion In The Time Of Trump,” and “Addressing Microaggressions Toward Sexual And Gender Minorities: Caring For LGBTQ+ Patients And Providers,” among other “woke” things.
Now, please don’t get me started on all this stuff. A lot of this SJW stuff in recent years has been very dishonest and hypocritical. There are many calls for censorship now, and silencing of people who hadn’t intended any offense. Freedom of speech is a very important thing in a civilized society, in my opinion. And the SJW and “#MeToo” movements have encouraged the eroding of due process and presumption of innocence. So there’s an anti-civil liberties trend there.
I’m sure a lot of indoctrinated, “woke” people won’t agree with this, but there’s no such thing as “microaggression.” There are only aggression and non-aggression. Aggression is a physical phenomenon. If some people are so sensitive and thin-skinned with certain words or phrases then they obviously have some unresolved issues that probably go back to one’s childhood.
But these days, it seems that many people including psychiatrists and psychologists don’t want to look at those things. Perhaps they have unresolved issues from their own early childhoods?
Besides the police state and the national security-related erosion of civil liberties, psychiatry is another field in which coercion (i.e. aggression via threats or intimidation) is acceptable, regardless of how immoral it is.
I don’t know if the APA meeting included any talks on the use of Involuntary commitment and coercion, especially with child medical kidnapping. The Justina Pelletier Boston Children’s Hospital case, in which psychiatrists took control over an actual medical case of mitochondrial disease and claimed it was all psychosomatic and had the child involuntarily committed to a mental institution, was one of the most egregious cases I have read about. I certainly am glad the Pelletier family are in the process of suing the hospital. I also had my own negative experiences during the 1980s with psychotherapists (but nothing as extreme as involuntary commitments, though). So, I’m not big on psychiatry and the whole “mental health” industry.
And finally, the APA meeting actually included a CIA booth! Oh, come ON, are you serious? Are the CIA in need of psychiatric help? Are they there to recruit some hapless James Bond-wannabe MDs who might report on their patients expressing views the government disapproves of? I’m sure they already do this.
Another article on GreenMedInfo details how a 3-year-old is being forced to continue chemo even though the child is now cancer free. Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital is the organization whose bureaucrats believe in coercion and oppose informed consent, and obviously believe that the State owns the children. (Is that hospital yet another one to force a child to have further treatments, unnecessarily, even though that is going to further compromise the child’s health and immune system, because making money and making more money for the pharmaceutical companies is the real priority?)
